The staff were hospitable, providing a personal map of local attractions and recommending fantastic restaurants. Breakfast in the garden was a good touch, with fresh pastries that started each day wonderfully.

walking distance to Colosseum, convenient public transportation options, guest maps with site recommendations
Traffic noise from the nearby hospital really detracts from sleep quality!!! Inconsistent hot water supply during peak times can be frustrating!!! Some rooms have outdated furniture that needs immediate attention!!!

We loved our stay in Rome!!! The hotel room was small, but amazing! The staff was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the quickest ways to get to places we wanted to see. Upon arrival, we completed the paperwork, were shown the room (including how to work the blinds and air conditioning), and given a map of the area with our location pointed out as well as points of interest. We have never had service this great!!!
Parking was tricky.

We stayed there only one night. I wish I could stay there longer. It was a good size room for the money we paid with very comfortable bed. They served typical European breakfast which I liked. Location is good - just 10 minutes walk to Coliseum. This is a B&B and knowing address it is not easy to find this place. We knew it from other guests' reviews, so we printed Google map and gave it to taxi driver. It helped.

Couple looking for a cozy escape
The staff, they were great, always smiling and genuinely interested in how my day was going. They even gave me an amazing map. It was like I had a local buddy showing me the best spots! Breakfast by the private garden? Wow, I honestly had to pause and soak it all in, warm sun, fresh croissants, it was magical!
Not the cheapest place around, but worth it for the experience!

This is an interesting boutique hotel in a decent neighborhood in Rome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were nice but it was the same each day.
We had a room where the bathroom was basically in the bedroom, shielded by smoked glass panels. It was fine for us, but others may not like the limited privacy of this layout. It's a little hard to fine so you need to let shuttle services know exactly where it is.

Kind and helpful staff. Clean room with nice interior decor. Good breakfast.
The bathroom was clean, but the wood used was a little moldy

Nice place for a trip with my friends! Super friendly staff. Loved the location, just a short walk to the Colosseum and easy bus access around the city. Our room was comfy, and the breakfast was decent. Would definitely recommend it!
Had a bit of trouble with traffic noise from the main road outside. It was sometimes hard to fall asleep after a long day. But overall, it didn't ruin our stay.
