walking distance to Colosseum, convenient public transportation options, guest maps with site recommendations
Traffic noise from the nearby hospital really detracts from sleep quality!!! Inconsistent hot water supply during peak times can be incredibly frustrating!!! Some rooms have outdated furniture that needs immediate attention!!!

Couple looking for a cozy escape
I totally loved my stay here! The staff, they were top-notch, always smiling and genuinely interested in how my day was going. They even gave me an amazing map. It felt like I had a local buddy showing me the best spots! Breakfast by the private garden? Wow, I honestly had to pause and soak it all in, warm sun, fresh croissants, it was magical! !
Not the cheapest place around, but worth it for the experience!

Nice place for a trip with my friends! Super friendly staff made us feel at home. Loved the location, just a short walk to the Colosseum and easy bus access around the city. Our room was comfy, and the breakfast was decent. Would definitely recommend it!
Had a bit of trouble with traffic noise from the main road outside. it was sometimes hard to fall asleep after a long day. But overall, it didn't ruin our stay.

Comfortable Stay with Some Room for Improvement
Enjoyed our 5-night stay in a Comfort Double Room. Appreciated the cozy atmosphere and daily cleaning service. However, we were disappointed by the lack of toilet paper refills after the first day. Don't forget to explore nearby dining options. they offered delectable local cuisine!

The comfort double room was great for my family, spacious and tidy with modern decor. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel at home while providing us with useful tips to explore the city. We loved that breakfast was served amidst greenery, making it a delightful experience.
My wife says that the noise from the main street could be too much at night.

I spent 3 nights in the Comfort Double Room, and the location couldn't be better! Just a short walk to the Colosseum. The room was modern and cleaned daily, making it comfortable to return to after exploring. The hospitality from Francesco and Rado stood out. they helped plan my sightseeing and shared great local tips. Breakfast in the morning had sufficient options but could use a bit more variety. The only downside was the inconsistent hot water supply, which could be bothersome after a long day out.
